About

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to living more sustainably and making thoughtful choices — especially in fashion and beauty.

Hi, I’m Julia,

A sustainability strategist working with conscious brands that want to approach responsible growth with clarity and intention.

My work sits at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and communication, helping brands think more critically about their impact, make informed decisions, and communicate their efforts in a way that’s honest, grounded, and credible.

Background

I hold a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business with a focus on Fashion Management from the Sustainability Management School in Milan, Italy. My background combines academic research with hands-on work across fashion and creative brands, allowing me to approach sustainability as a system rather than a checklist.

“Sustainability should be practical, transparent, and embedded into how a business actually operates.”

Perspective + How I Work

In working across sustainability, strategy, and communication, I’ve seen how easily good intentions can turn into vague or performative messaging. I believe sustainability should be transparent, grounded, and embedded into how a business actually operates, not treated as a marketing layer.

I work independently and take on a limited number of projects so I can stay thoughtful and deeply involved. My approach is collaborative and research-led, with a focus on progress over perfection and long-term thinking.

My mission is to bridge the gap between sustainability and brand communication by helping fashion and beauty companies integrate responsible practices into their business strategy and express them with clarity and intention. I work with brands to move beyond surface-level claims and develop sustainability narratives and digital experiences that reflect meaningful action and build deeper connections with their audience.
